Thank you to everyone at MKDS for a great year! This was my daughter Lily’s first year dancing tap and ballet here and she had a lovely time! Each week she was excited for dance class and always came out with a big smile on her face! She loved having Miss Natalie and Miss Mia as her teachers. This was our very first recital and Lily had a blast! She loved performing and had a fun time with Miss Callie in the classroom during the recital. Thank you all very much for creating a fun environment and very well organized recital! We appreciate it!

My daughter just had her first recital this afternoon, Emma in Miss Eden's class. I'd like to say that we were already very favorably impressed by your organization. We already loved the way you ran your school, and the professionalism with which everything was handled.

Then the recital today completely sealed the deal, and cut me to my heart. Everything I saw at the recital today, all of the volunteers and happy kids and the feelings of the graduating seniors moved me almost to tears. I'm so happy that another wonderful organization exists like the one I was so lucky to be in and that my daughter gets to be a part of it. I hope she's in it until she's a graduating senior, but even if not you have already made such an impact on her life. She takes it so seriously, from doing her best in class to arguing with me when I try to mop the floor because she "Needs to practice!" Thank you for everything you do.

 Miss Kristin’s has Been such a blessing to our family! My daughter has been taking dance classes here for 4 years now and calls Miss Kristin’s her “happy place”. When she’s not there she wants to be there and when she’s there she doesn’t want to leave. Everyone here is so friendly, welcoming and encouraging. The teachers are all passionate about what they do and instill a love of dance in the dancers they teach. My daughter has come out of her shell at MKDS and has grown to absolutely love dance! We are forever grateful to Miss Kristin and her wonderful team for all they do and have done for our daughter!”

“Dancing ballet is something I was fortunate enough to do from age 3 until mid-20’s.  It’s one of my favorite pastimes.  Now that I have a 5 year old daughter, she has expressed interest in ballet and I couldn’t have been more excited! We moved to Avon Lake mere months before the pandemic, so joining community activities was difficult once the pandemic hit.  Miss Kristin’s was recommended to us and after a lengthy phone call with her staff about how they are safely reopening to have classes again, my husband and I felt the measures they were taking for the safety of staff, dancers and parents were exceptional and we felt comfortable to let our daughter attend.  We LOVE it! Ava can’t wait to go to dance every week with Miss Eden.  Hours before her class time, each week, she dresses into her leotard and tights, excited as ever to go to ballet/tap.  Thank you for a great experience and helping our lives normalize safely during this time.
