Develop motor skills, rhythm, coordination, technique and terminology with Miss Kristin’s Dance Studio’s early childhood dance program! Your child will fall in love with dance with our engaging instructors and popular music, all with age-appropriate instruction and movements.

Tiny Tots | Ages 3 - 4
Dancers as young as 3 years old can begin building the foundations of dance with half-hour long classes.

Join MKDS Tiny Tot ballet, hip hop and acro classes for ages 3 and 4. Tiny Tot classes are half an hour in length and introduce age-appropriate motor skills and movements.

Monthly tuition starts at $50, plus applicable annual family membership, recital and costume fees. Costs vary depending on the number of classes that your child enrolls in.

Ballet
Pink or purple leotard, pink tights, ballet skirt (optional), pink ballet shoes
Hip Hop
Girls - athletic wear including joggers, leggings or dance shorts with a leotard, crop top or fitted tank top
Boys - Athletic joggers or long shorts and a t-shirt
Shoes - Clean tennis shoes (not to be worn outside)
Acro
Leotard, biketard or form fitting athletic wear with leggings or dance shorts, with a crop top or fitted tank top
No shoes needed - bare feet
Preschool | Ages 4 - 5
Dancers begin exploring combos, new genres and continue building their skills in half-hour long classes.

MKDS offers acro, tap / ballet combo classes and hip hop for students ages 4 - 5. Combo classes are one hour long.
Don’t worry if your child doesn’t have dance experience - we welcome new students at any age! MKDS has a boys-only hip hop class for ages 4-6, too.

Dancers advance through the early childhood dance program with more genres to explore and focus on technique.

MKDS offers acro, jazz, tap / ballet combo classes and hip hop for students ages 5-6. Don’t worry if your child doesn’t have dance experience - we welcome new students at any age! MKDS has a boys-only hip hop class for ages 4 - 6, too.

Dancers solidify their skills and technique to prepare for the recreational or competitive dance programs.

Early Childhood Dance CLass Schedule
Please note that tuition listed is the cost for one month of dance classes. The tuition cost listed for 8-week sessions is the total cost for all classes. Costs are subject to change each season.
Additional Costs & Fees
MKDS has an Annual Family Membership Fee of $50 that is due upon registration.
There is a mandatory $35 recital fee for spring recital, and $50 costume deposit that is collected in December. There is a $45 costume fee due in February.
For students that wish to participate in the optional holiday show in December, the performance fee is $78 and includes a costume.
